The film focuses on how we as a society can shift our cultural views of fire, learn to embrace it as an inevitable and crucial to our landscapes, and finally, learn to co-exist with it more peacefully through learning, adaptation, and pro-action.
The presented material comes in the form of fast-moving, short, topic-based talks interspersed with compelling video vignettes and features the work of wildfire photographer, John Marshall. Think TedX mixed with snappy documentary shorts and amazing photography. The videos are being created by award-winning documentary film company, North 40 Productions, of Wenatchee, WA.
